Exchange Policy

Exchange within 7 Days

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the damaged item is returned.

Process for Exchange

Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided address.

Shipping Costs

If the product is being exchanged due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other exchange reasons (like size or preference), the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
